Is ShiftScheduleUp really free?

Yes. The shift schedule maker, calendar exports, printing and sharing are free to use with no signup. Pro is an optional one time unlock for extras like CSV exports, unlimited saved schedules and team tools.

How soon will you reply?

We read every message and usually reply within 24 to 48 hours, often sooner. You also get an instant confirmation email so you know yours arrived safely.

I found a bug. What should I include?

Please tell us what you expected, what actually happened, and the browser and device you were on. A screenshot or the shareable link to your schedule helps us reproduce and fix it faster.

Can I request a new shift pattern or feature?

Yes, and we hope you do. Most of what we have built began as a request from a real shift worker. Pick "Feature suggestion" above and describe what would help you.

I need help with my account or a payment.

Choose "Account and billing" above and include the email address on your account. We will look into it quickly and keep everything private.

Which languages can I write in?

English, German or Russian. Write in whichever you prefer and we will reply in the same language.
